Japan, India rejected a proposal to address Nepal's constitution ::
KATHMANDU, 1 January - Nepal's constitution has been cold and adasina India has failed to gain approval of its proposal to Japan.Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe recently held a Joint Statement issued at the end of a visit to India in Nepal's constitution 'incompleteness' request addressed to India was rejected by Japan. Japan has been far from internal affairs of Nepal, India has rejected the request, his same manyataanurupa.
