Almost 80% of food is produced from the Terai Region of Nepal. The Mountain region is famous for cultivating, Barley, maize, Potatoes. These are the foods which are grown in cold land. Nepal is a severing country and the people of Nepal like to do their stuff on their own. They never rely on others. Though Nepal is the agricultural country but it is little backward in terms of Technologies.

The farming in Nepal is being done with old methods. They have not introduces the modern technologies yet. Since it is a poor country and they can not afford to use new technologies. But the people have started to become smart and in some places we can see the use of modern technologies.

The Government of Nepal is also working on improving agriculture system in the country. They have many different plans and helping youths and farmer to drag their interest in agriculture. Many youths have also shows their interest in farming. They are using the modern way to adopt farming and this s giving them a best result. Agriculture is being very popular these days and it has lured many youths.
